Project goal:

To create the first resource center of crisis groups of educational psychologists to teach emotional management and the skills to deal  with crisis situations;
To provide professional emergency assistance in crisis situations to participants in the educational process and citizens of Vitebsk Region.

Project objectives:

• To increase stress tolerance of students in modern socio-cultural environment;
• To work out various methods of preventing and resolving conflicts by participants of educational interaction;
• To change the mode of work with students: from prohibitive to awareness raising using alternative forms and methods of work to prevent crisis situations;
• To test constructive behavior in critical situations (group pressure, stigmatization, violence and bullying in the educational and social environment)

Target group: multi-age audience (participants in the educational process, citizens).

Brief description of the project activities:

• To develop a cycle of classes on emotional management and the skills to deal with crisis situations;
• To develop guidelines to prevent stigmatization, bullying in the educational environment;
• To establish interaction with healthcare professionals, law enforcement agencies, etc.;
• To set up a crisis group of educational psychologists to provide practical assistance in emergency situations;
• To purchase equipment for the first resource center: furniture, equipment with information modules;
• To fit the crisis group with necessary gear (tablets, psychological diagnostic tools, including information and communication technologies).
