According to the publication, the Belarusian President proved to be an extremely skilled diplomat and economist who adopted a well-balanced position from the very start of the Ukraine crisis.

“As a result, Minsk has become the major venue for the peaceful crisis resolution; the Minsk format is recognized the only possible format for talks, while Lukashenko has turned into virtually the number one peacemaker in Europe,” the publication noted.
