MOSCOW, 31 March (BelTA) – The date for the Supreme State Council of the Union State meeting has not been yet determined, with some issues on the agenda being addressed on a routine basis, Grigory Rapota, State Secretary of the Belarus-Russia Union State, said during the Moscow-Minsk video conference on 31 March, BelTA has learned.
The State Secretary mentioned the meeting of the Union State Council of Ministers which was planned for late 2016, but did not take place due to different reasons. The agenda of 27 issues was prepared for the meeting. “Almost all 27 issues have been settled. We have such a form of cooperation which is to adopt decisions as we go. The same is true about the Supreme State Council,” Grigory Rapota said.
According to the State Secretary, the preparations for the Supreme State Council are underway. Some matters are addressed as we work on them. “We need to adopt the budget so that we could move further,” Grigory Rapota said.
