Prime Minister of Mozambique arrives in Belarus on working visit

MINSK, 21 July (BelTA) – Prime Minister of Mozambique Alberto Vaquina has arrived in Belarus on a working visit. His plane landed at the Minsk National Airport, BelTA has learned.

Alberto Vaquina will stay in Belarus from 21 July to 24 July. As part of the visit he will hold talks with Belarusian Prime Minister Mikhail Myasnikovich. After the negotiations the sides are expected to sign a number of international documents.

The Prime Minister of Mozambique will also visit the multi-purpose facility Minsk Arena, Minsk Tractor Works, Ozeritsky-Agro Company, Mir Castle and Nesvizh Castle. During the visit the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI) will hold the Belarus-Mozambique business meeting and the business matchmaking session between the representatives of business circles of the two countries. Partaking in the events will be Minister of Trade and Industry of Mozambique Armando Inroga, representatives of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Confederation of Business Associations of Mozambique.

Belarus and Mozambique, the Investment Promotion Center and the Agricultural Development Center of Mozambique will hold presentations of their economic and export opportunities. The BCCI and the Confederation of Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Mozambique are expected to sign a memorandum of understanding.
