The officials will discuss progress in implementing an action plan to promote cooperation in trade, economy, science, technology, culture, social and humanitarian fields between Belarus and Moscow in 2013-2015.
The Moscow delegation will tour a number of facilities that make part of the housing and utilities infrastructure of Minsk. They will visit the country’s leading manufacturers of road construction machinery, snow clearing machines and farm machines.
“Moscow and Minsk have developed long-standing cultural and economic ties. Moscow held the Days of Minsk in November 2013. The Moscow State Duma hosted bilateral talks; the Department of Transport and Road Infrastructure Development, the Department of Healthcare, and the Department for Environmental Management and Protection conducted roundtable sessions to share best practices. A Russian-Belarusian business forum was held on the sidelines of this event.
