MOSCOW, 4 April (BelTA) – A working meeting between Foreign Minister of Belarus Vladimir Makei and his Russian counterpart Sergei Lavrov is taking place in Moscow, BelTA has learnt.

In a one-on-one meeting the parties discussed a wide range of issues related to the bilateral foreign political cooperation. The ministers praised the level of the foreign political cooperation between Belarus and Russia. They confirmed the presence of coordinated positions on a number of current issues regarding international relations and key areas of the Eurasian integration.

Vladimir Makei stressed the importance of keeping momentum in the implementation of the program of coordinated actions in the foreign policy of the Union State Treaty member states in 2014-2015.
