The President made the statement as he met with Prime Minister Mikhail Myasnikovich, BelTA learnt from the press service of the head of state
Alexander Lukashenko warned officials who are invited to the event against sugarcoating the situation. "For us it is very important that this sector perform well,” the head of state underlined. “The main issue is the sale of products. Today we need contracts or pre-contract deals. This is very important. We will make a great number of products, and we will have nowhere to sell them,” he said.
I am intimately familiar with the situation at each enterprise. I warn government officials against sugarcoating the situation. It is bad that we are not holding this event in Minsk, not in Vitebsk. But we will talk about it tomorrow, Alexander Lukashenko said addressing the Prime Minister.
