MINSK, 12 December (BelTA) - Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko has sent greetings to Turkmenistan President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedow as the country celebrates Neutrality Day, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian president.
“The status of a permanently neutral state and a peaceful foreign policy create a stable basis for the development of partnerships and improvement of the wellbeing of the citizens of your country," the message of greetings says.
Alexander Lukashenko expressed confidence that under Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedow’s leadership Turkmenistan will make large-scale progress, while Belarus-Turkmenistan friendly relations and constructive cooperation will continue strengthening.
