Lukashenko sends greetings to Peru president-elect Pedro Castillo

MINSK, 15 June (BelTA) – Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko has sent greetings to Pedro Castillo who was elected President of Peru, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian leader.

“I am convinced that your commitment to the Motherland and the Peruvian people will help ensure a high level of development of the country, significantly expand its authority in the regional and international contexts,” the message of greetings reads.

The head of state stressed that Belarus is interested in the enhancement of the political dialogue with Peru on the basis of understanding and mutual respect, the strengthening of trade, economic and humanitarian ties.
