MINSK, 10 February (BelTA) – Upon the initiative of the Kazakhstani side Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko talked to Kazakhstan President Nursultan Nazarbayev over the phone on 10 February, the press service of the Belarusian head of state told BelTA.
Top on the agenda were economic and financial issues. Apart from that, the presidents discussed crisis developments in the European Union caused by the sanctions against the Russian Federation and other issues.
During the telephone talk the heads of state discussed the preparation for the Normandy format meeting in Minsk.
