MINSK, 26 October (BelTA) – Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko has congratulated Bolivia President Evo Morales on his birthday, the press service of the Belarusian leader told BelTA.

Alexander Lukashenko said he was confident that Belarus-Bolivia cooperation will continue rapidly developing.
