MINSK, 20 April (BelTA) - Grand Chancellor of the Order of Malta Albrecht von Boeselager will pay an official visit to Belarus on 24-26 April, spokesman for the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Dmitry Mironchik told a briefing on 20 April, BelTA has learned.

The Grand Chancellor will take part in the events of the international conference to mark the 30^th anniversary of the accident at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant. He is also expected to hold meetings in the government and also with Belarusian Minister of Foreign Affairs Vladimir Makei. The parties are set to discuss the state and prospects of bilateral cooperation, including the ways to intensify humanitarian cooperation.

The Grand Chancellor is Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Order.
