MINSK, 21 June (BelTA) – A delegation of the National Assembly of France is set to visit Belarus on 22-28 June, BelTA learned from the press service of the Council of the Republic.
The French delegation will include members of the France-Belarus Friendship Group led by its Chairman Christophe Lejeune. On 25 June, the French MPs are expected to meet with Chairman of the Council of the Republic Mikhail Myasnikovich and hold talks with the working group on cooperation with the French parliament at the National Assembly of Belarus. The parties are set to sign a joint statement after the talks.
The French delegation will also hold meetings in the House of Representatives, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Hi-Tech Park administration, and the Brest Oblast Executive Committee. French MPs will visit Belarusian companies, including Minsk Dairy No.1 and Danone Pruzhany.
