“Belarus and Estonia have a long and successful history of cooperation in various areas. I am pleased to note that the two countries have recently intensified political cooperation, which will surely be confirmed during the upcoming visit of the Estonian minister of foreign affairs to Belarus. We have good prospects to expand trade and economic relations, taking into account the interest of business of the two countries,” said Oleg Kravchenko.

According to the deputy minister, Belarus sees significant potential in investment cooperation and the use of Estonia’s experience in digitalization and information technology. Cooperation between IT-communities of Belarus and Estonia is becoming deeper and more promising. Broad opportunities are also opening up in the development of the transport and logistics sector and the use of Estonian ports for handling Belarusian cargo.
