MINSK, 11 February (BelTA) – Representative of the self-proclaimed republic of Donetsk (DNR) Denis Pushilin told media that he and representative of the self-proclaimed republic of Lugansk (LNR) Vladislav Deinego handed the draft protocol on the regulation of the situation in eastern Ukraine to the other parties of the talks, BelTA has learned.
The document envisages a set of measures for the military and political settle of the conflict in the east of Ukraine.
LNR representative Vladislav Deinego noted that the establishment of peace in the south-east of Ukraine is impossible without a political regulation of the situation. “That is why the draft protocol is based on a set of measures for the military and political settle of the conflict, which can give a chance for concrete results,” he added.
