MINSK, 26 August (BelTA) – The European Union’s High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Catherine Ashton has arrived in Belarus. European Commissioner for Trade Karel De Gucht arrived together with Catherine Ashton, BelTA has learned.

Today the representatives of the European Union are expected to take part in the meeting of the presidents of Belarus, Kazakhstan, Russia, and Ukraine. European Commissioner for Energy Gunther Oettinger is expected to arrive as well.
