MINSK, 26 October (BelTA) – Chairwoman of the Belarusian Notary Chamber Natalia Borisenko and President of the China Notary Association Ding Lu have signed an agreement on cooperation, BelTA learnt from the press service of the Belarusian Notary Chamber.

The document was concluded during the recent visit of a delegation of Belarusian notaries to China. “The parties agreed that efficient interaction requires the study of working conditions and peculiarities in the notary systems of the two countries, the notariate legislation as well as the exchange of experience between notaries through the organization of and participation in training seminars and conferences. All the abovementioned made the basis of the agreement on cooperation signed between the Belarusian Notary Chamber and the China Notary Association,” the Belarusian Notary Chamber said.

The delegation of Belarusian notaries visited the notary office in Harbin.

“Belarus-China cooperation which got a boost following the meeting of the leaders of the two countries in May 2015 requires the relevant legal framework. The efficient notary presence is important in the creation of conditions for transparent and stable relations in the economic and social cooperation, ensuring rights and legal interests of people and business. The initiative to develop partnership between notaries of the two countries fully meets the vector of the state international policy,” the Belarusian Notary Chamber stressed.
