Belarus, Venezuela, Bolivia to discuss trilateral projects worth $2-3 billion

MINSK, 11 March (BelTA) – Presidents of Belarus and Bolivia Alexander Lukashenko and Evo Morales agreed to discuss several trilateral projects worth $2-3 billion with the new leadership of Venezuela, Chief of Staff of the President of Belarus, co-chairperson of the Belarusian-Venezuelan high-level commission Viktor Sheiman told reporters after the talks in Caracas, BelTA learned.

There are plans to set up a working group up at the Belarusian Embassy in Venezuela in the first half of 2013. Its work will be coordinated by Viktor Sheiman.

Presidents of Belarus and Bolivia Alexander Lukashenko and Evo Morales agreed to develop the Belarusian-Bolivian relations using the Venezuelan model. The President of Bolivia asked for assistance in agricultural development, agricultural and housing construction, mining, and training of specialists. The heads of state agreed to do everything possible to strengthen bilateral relations and analyze the existing issues.

Alexander Lukashenko invited Evo Morales to visit Belarus to get familiar with the possibilities of joint cooperation.
