MINSK, 20 April (BelTA) – The 3rd session of the Belarus- Sudan cooperation commission will take place in Minsk on 26-27 April, Spokesman for the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Dmitry Mironchik told a press briefing on 20 April, BelTA has learned.
The Belarusian delegation will be led by Energy Minister Vladimir Potupchik; the delegation of Sudan – by Minister of Petroleum and Gas Mohamed Zayed Awad. The sides will discuss the implementation of agreements aimed at enhancing bilateral cooperation, they will also outline the prospects of the trade, economic, investment, scientific, technical, and humanitarian cooperation.
The head of the Sudanese delegation will meet with high-ranking government officials, representatives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Energy Ministry. The Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry will host a business forum and a business matchmaking session of Belarus and Sudan.
