MINSK, 3 October (BelTA) – The efforts to expand the Belarus-Pakistan cooperation were discussed at the meeting of Deputy Foreign Minister of Belarus Valentin Rybakov with Ambassador of Pakistan to the Russian Federation and Belarus (on concurrent) Zaheer Aslam Janjua on 3 October, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian Foreign Ministry.
The parties discussed ways to expand cooperation in trade and investments, boost interparliamentary tries and interaction within the framework of the United Nations. The sides outlined the priority measures to intensify a constructive bilateral dialogue.
Top on the agenda was the conduct of Belarus-Pakistan ministerial consultations and the first session of the Belarus-Pakistan intergovernmental commission for trade and economic cooperation.
The Pakistani Ambassador handed over copies of his credentials to Valentin Rybakov.
