MINSK, 23 September (BelTA) – Belarus and Mongolia have agreed to more actively promote contacts in industry and agriculture, the press service of the Belarusian Foreign Ministry told BelTA.
The agreement was reached during the second session of the Belarusian-Mongolian commission for trade and economic cooperation in Minsk on 23 September. Participants of the session discussed the invigoration of trade and economic ties, in particular, in education, civil engineering and urban development, transportation and logistics, science and technology, finance and banking.
The Mongolian delegation is expected to stay in Belarus on a visit on 20-24 September. While in Belarus members of the delegation are expected to meet with top officials of the Belarusian Architecture and Construction Ministry, the Minsk City Hall, the Industry Ministry, visit the Belarusian companies BelAZ, MTZ, MAZ, Stadler Minsk, the agricultural company Agrokombinat Dzerzhinskiy, and the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
