MINSK, 30 September (BelTA) – Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Serbia with concurrent accreditation to Macedonia Vladimir Chushev had a working trip to Skopje, Macedonia, BelTA learnt from the press service of the Belarusian Foreign Ministry.
Vladimir Chushev met with First Deputy Foreign Minister of Macedonia Dragana Kiprijanovska, Director of the Department of Economic Diplomacy Hilda Kolevska. “The parties talked over bilateral relations and their development, organization of ministerial consultations, meetings of the intergovernmental commission on trade and economic cooperation, reciprocal travels of citizens, cooperation in international organizations,” the press service informed.
The Ambassador met with First Deputy Chairperson, Executive Director of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Macedonia Jelisaveta Georgieva and businessmen of the country. The diplomat also held meetings with directors of several companies. In talks with representatives of the Macedonian Chamber of Commerce and Industry the Ambassador touched upon the issues related to the signing of the agreement on cooperation between the Belarusian and Macedonian Chambers of Commerce and Industry and the organization of business visits.
The diplomat met with Culture Minister of Macedonia Elizabeta Kanceska-Milevska to discuss bilateral cultural relations and an agreement on cultural cooperation.
