Belarus, Kyrgyzstan hold ministerial consultations on international legal matters
MINSK, 17 November (BelTA) – Minsk played host to the Belarus-Kyrgyzstan ministerial consultations on international legal matters, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
During the consultations, the parties updated the lists of bilateral treaties and other international instruments which are in force in the relations between Belarus and Kyrgyzstan and exchanged information on the status of their implementation and progress on the new drafts.
The press service noted that the parties also discussed other issues, including cooperation in international organizations. The final protocol was signed at the end of the consultations.
The Belarusian delegation was led by Andrei Metelitsa, the head of the Treaties and Legal Affairs Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The delegation of Kyrgyzstan was headed by Erik Beyshembiev, Director of the International Legal Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
