MINSK, 26 July (BelTA) – Belarus and Colombia plan to exempt holders of diplomatic and service passports from visa requirements on a reciprocal basis. Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko has signed the corresponding Decree No.293 of 24 July which was published on the national legal internet portal, BelTA informs.
The head of state approved the corresponding intergovernmental agreement between the two countries as a basis to hold talks.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has been authorized to conduct the talks on the draft document and sign the agreement within the scope of the approved draft.
