MINSK, 29 September (BelTA) – Belarus and Bosnia and Herzegovina will exchange opinions on the cooperation within the Central European Initiative (CEI), spokesman for the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Dmitry Mironchik told a press briefing on 29 September, BelTA has learned.
Sarajevo will host political consultations between Belarus and Bosnia and Herzegovina at the level of Deputy Ministers of Foreign Affairs from 3 through 5 October. The Belarusian delegation will be headed by Alena Kupchyna. The participants in the consultations will discuss the prospects of the bilateral dialogue in all fields, ways to improve the legal framework and strengthen the cooperation in global and regional international organizations.
The parties will exchange opinions and coordinate their approaches to the activities within the Central European Initiative. On 1 January 2017, Belarus will take over the chairmanship of this subregional organization from Bosnia and Herzegovina.
