MINSK, 28 August (BelTA) - Armenia and Belarus are in favor of intensifying cooperation in a multilateral format, BelTA learned from the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Ambassador of the Republic of Belarus to the Republic of Armenia Igor Nazaruk presented copies of his letters of credence to Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia Eduard Nalbandyan.
During the meeting the parties agreed it was important to maintain the current dynamics of the interaction at all levels and expand the bilateral legal framework.
The parties discussed the state and prospects of cooperation in trade, economic, scientific and humanitarian areas. In addition, the parties exchanged the views on the coordination between the foreign ministries of the two countries, and on the main issues of the international agenda.
