MINSK, 17 July (BelTA) – Belarusian Ambassador Viktor Rybak and Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu have held a meeting in Ankara, BelTA learned from the Belarusian Embassy in Turkey.
The meeting focused on the key arrangements reached between the leaders of Belarus and Turkey in Ankara in April 2019. The parties exchanged views on ways to intensify Belarus-Turkey cooperation in the field of trade, economy and investment.
The parties emphasized the importance of the second Belarus-Turkey investment forum as it is expected to give a boost to cooperation between the business communities of the two countries.
Speaking about cultural contacts, the diplomats discussed the project to arrange the international music festival "East-West" in the city of Alanya. The head of the Turkish Foreign Ministry said that Turkey is interested in this project. The parties discussed the details of the project.
