MINSK, 31 March (BelTA) – Belarus has set up a ministerial working group to draft the country’s social and economic development program for 2021-2025. The decision is laid down in Council of Ministers’ Resolution No.179 of 30 March 2020, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian government.
The ministerial working group will compile a forecast for the country’s social and economic development for 2021 and the planning period, and also coordinate the work of government bodies and organizations in drafting the program.
The Economy Ministry has been instructed to provide organizational and technical support to the group.
The group will be headed by Economy Minister Aleksandr Chervyakov. The implementation of the resolution will be supervised by First Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Krutoi.
