SHANGHAI, 31 August (BelTA) – Belarus partakes in the international conference and expo Huawei Connect which is held in Chinese Shanghai from 31 August to 2 September, BelTA has learned.

The number of participants of this forum has increased this year to about 20,000 representatives of 120 countries. The forum will have about 400 speakers, including leading specialists and CEOs in information and communication technologies. It is expected that directors of such world-famous companies as Intel, Infosys, the financial fund Linux will deliver speeches. Partaking in the forum will be Huawei partners and foreign representatives of this company, including from Belarus. In particular, such Belarusian IT companies and partners of Huawei as Belarusian Cloud Technologies (beCloud), ActiveCloud, Synesis using information technologies and cloud solutions of Huawei are taking part in the conference.

The participants will focus on new approaches to applying innovations and the strategy to develop information and communication technologies which are increasingly popular all over the world. The enhancement of the digital potential is equally important for business and the global community. The conference embraces such fields as business technologies, ecology, cloud technologies, etc. Apart from the speeches of the world’s leading specialists, the forum will include about 800 lectures and interactive exchange events.

The conference is held simultaneously with the large-scale interactive expo occupying 18,000 square meters of Shanghai exposition halls, including the Expo Center.

Huawei is the world’s largest provider of telecommunication and IT solutions and the biggest supplier of data terminal equipment. OOO Bel Huawei Technologies is working with all telecom carriers in Belarus. This enterprise has been registered as the first resident company of the Chinese-Belarusian Industrial Park Great Stone.
