MINSK, 7 September (BelTA) – About 300 civil engineering companies will take part in the 23rd international civil engineering expo Budpragres that will take place in Minsk on 8-11 September, BelTA learned from the expo’s organizer ZAO MinskExpo.
According to the source, the expo has become a leading venue for showcasing civil engineering industry accomplishments. The expo serves as an indicator of the state of affairs and progress of the civil engineering industry. Companies from Belarus, Belgium, Germany, Denmark, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Russia, Turkey, and Czechia are expected to take part in Budpragres 2015.
The organizers believe that among other things the expo will provide an opportunity to introduce the latest technologies, materials, and components to the construction market. The sharing of experience contributes not only to the development of the construction industry but to investments in this sector of the economy and to stronger ties between Belarusian and foreign companies, BelTA has been told.
In 2015 Budpragres will showcase state-of-the-art construction products, technologies and equipment. Among other things the expo will focus on construction equipment, construction instruments, and doors. The expo’s business program is very saturated and is expected to include master classes, seminars, and presentations of the participating companies.
The expo has been organized with assistance of the Belarusian Architecture and Construction Ministry. The Ministry’s booth will feature products and accomplishments of top Belarusian civil engineering companies.
The exhibition space available to construction machines will exceed 1,800m2. Large and small construction and road machines will be demonstrated by over 30 companies, including Zhlobin Mechanical Plant Dnepr, Dorstroyindustriya, Fomar, Arena-Tech, AgroTechStandart, ZAO Glavny Element, Diapal, and OOO SpecEuroTech.
