Belarusian surgeons conducted heart-kidney transplant surgery for the first time

The surgery lasted for 11 hours: surgeons of the Cardiology Research Center transplanted a heart to a 30-year old patient; at the second stage of the surgery specialists of the National Research Center for Organ and Tissue Transplantation performed kidney transplantation.
