Vladimir Makei: Belarus is ready to resume dialogue with the European Union after a favorable decision of the EU Council
Belarus is ready to resume a normal calm dialogue with the European Union, provided the decision of the European Union Council on the Belarusian issue is positive for the country. The statement was made by Head of the Belarus President Administration Vladimir Makei on 6 April. Video
