Final of Four Nations BelSwissCup in Minsk
The Belarusian national ice hockey team landed second after losing to Slovakia in the final of the Four Nations BelSwissCup at Minsk Arena on 11 February.
Belarus 1:5 Slovakia (1:3, 0:1, 0:1).
11 February, Minsk Arena. Attendance 10,320.
The third place went to Switzerland that beat Germany 1:0 on 11 February.
The Four Nations BelSwissCup was another stage of preparation for the 76th IIHF World Championship due to take place in Finland and Sweden on 4-20 May 2012.
