Minsk advocates meeting of leaders of Russia, USA, EU and China

MINSK, 8 December (BelTA) – Minsk calls for a meeting of leaders of Russia, the United States, the EU and China to discuss the roots of the crisis in international relations, Belarus’ Minister of Foreign Affairs Vladimir Makei said when speaking at the OSCE Ministerial Council meeting in Hamburg, BelTA has learned from the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

“The time is ripe for a meeting of the leaders of Russia, the United States, EU and China to have honest exchange of opinions on the root causes of the crisis in international relations. It is essential to start thinking over the new rules of the emerging multipolarity and demonstrate unconditional respect for each other’s interests. The international expert community might be engaged, if necessary. Belarus is ready to organize and host relevant meetings in Minsk,” Vladimir Makei noted.
