Belarus, Egypt show mutual interest in close cooperation

MINSK, 28 August (BelTA) – Belarus and Egypt are interested in developing close cooperation in all the areas, Belarus’ Minister of Foreign Affairs Vladimir Makei said at the talks with his Egyptian counterpart Sameh Shoukry on 28 August, BelTA has learned.

“Both the countries are interested in developing close cooperation in every area,” said Vladimir Makei.

In his words, Belarus attaches great attention to cooperation with Egypt and is ready to discuss the expansion of cooperation in all promising areas.

On 28 August the Egyptian minister also met with Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko and Co-Chairman of the Belarusian-Egyptian commission of economic cooperation, Minister of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade Vladimir Koltovich. The parties talked over the development of concrete projects in various sectors.
