MINSK, 21 October (BelTA) – Belarusian book publishers, producers and distributors are taking part in the 68^th Frankfurt Book Fair at the well-known exhibition center Frankfurter Messe on 19-23 October, BelTA learned from the Information Ministry of Belarus.

The Belarusian exposition invites to see the best books of 2015-2016, with a special emphasis placed on the books about the country and its national culture.

Partaking in the expo are more than 7,000 exhibitors from 100 countries. The program of the forum includes over 4,000 events: presentations, panel sessions and meetings with writers.

According to the Information Ministry, the fair is an annual event that gathers numerous publishers, writers, librarians, book sellers, editors, translators, illustrators and other specialists.
