MINSK, 8 December (BelTA) – Aides to the Normandy Four leaders will hold a meeting in Minsk on 9 December, BelTA learned from spokesman for the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Dmitry Mironchik.

“We confirm that the preparations for the meeting are underway. This will be a closed meeting,” Dmitry Mironchik said.

The event was announced by Russian Minister of Foreign Affairs Sergei Lavrov. In his words, prisoner exchange between Kiev and Donbass will be in the spotlight of the negotiations.
