MINSK, 17 September (BelTA) – Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko has sent greetings to workers of the Belarusian automaker BelAZ on the occasion of the 70^th anniversary of the enterprise, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian leader.

The head of state remarked that BelAZ, one of the leading manufacturers of heavy quarry machinery, is by right considered the flagship of the Belarusian auto industry and is well known in Belarus and abroad. “At present the enterprise is implementing a umber of breakthrough projects which help launch new production lines and enhance the country’s industrial and technological potential,” Alexander Lukashenko stressed.

“The commitment of engineers, designers and workers who have been making unique equipment for our country for many years deserves special gratitude,” the message of greetings reads.

The president is convinced that BelAZ workers will continue to do their best to preserve and promote glorious traditions of the enterprise, will work hard and accomplish their goals. The head of state also thanked retired workers for their commitment and hard work. “Your experience, knowledge and professionalism are truly priceless,” he stressed.

Alexander Lukashenko wished BelAZ workers health, wellbeing, happiness and every success.
