MINSK, 29 January (BelTA) – Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko has sent greetings to Milos Zeman who was reelected as the President of the Czech Republic, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian leader.
“This victory testifies to the acknowledgement of your merits by Czech people. By their votes people supported the course to ensure stability, progressive development of the state, and further enhancement of its authority on the international arena,” the message of greetings reads.
Alexander Lukashenko stressed that Belarus is interested in the expansion of the mutually beneficial relations with Czechia at the bilateral and multilateral levels. “I hope that the constructive Belarusian-Czech dialogue will be continued,” he remarked.
