MINSK, 25 June (BelTA) - Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko has sent greetings to Recep Tayyip Erdogan who was re-elected as the President of Turkey, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian leader.

“The results of the election campaign demonstrated the people’s appreciation of your productive work aimed at further strengthening the country and ensuring its sustainable social and economic development. I am convinced that under your leadership Turkey will continue its progressive movement to prosperity,” the message of greetings reads.

The head of state remarked that Belarus and Turkey have established truly unique brotherly relations. “I am convinced that the strategic bilateral cooperation which is increasingly vibrant has a huge potential. By joint efforts we will manage to reach new heights in the political, trade, economic relations and in other fields,” the Belarusian leader emphasized.

Alexander Lukashenko wished Recep Tayyip Erdogan strong health, happiness, every success and fulfillment of all plans.
