MINSK, 7 August (BelTA) – Japan’s parliamentary delegation is expected to pay a working visit to Belarus on 7-11 August. The delegation will be led by head of the Japan-Belarus group of inter-parliamentary friendship, Chairman of the Special Committee for Regional Revitalization of the House of Representatives of the Japanese parliament Hiromichi Watanabe, BelTA learned from the press service of the Council of the Republic.
During the visit the Japanese MPs will meet with Chairman of the Council of the Republic Mikhail Myasnikovich and take part in a meeting of the National Assembly’s working group on cooperation with the parliament of Japan.
The program of the visit will also include talks at the Agriculture and Food Ministry and the Healthcare Ministry of Belarus. Japanese MPs will visit the Belarusian companies Elema, Kommunarka and also Game Stream company.
