MINSK, 26 September (BelTA) – A delegation of the Belarusian military led by Defense Minister Andrei Ravkov is currently on a visit to Azerbaijan. The visit will run through 29 September, BelTA learned from the Belarusian Defense Ministry.

“The Belarusian delegation met with Azerbaijan President Ilham Aliyev on 26 September,” the ministry said. On 27 September, the Belarusian military will attend the 2nd Azerbaijan International Defense Industry Exhibition ADEX 2016.

“On 28 September, the Belarusian Defense Minister will meet with his Azeri counterpart. The parties will review the status of the bilateral interaction and discuss promising cooperation areas,” the ministry added.
