MINSK, 4 October (BelTA) – The diplomats of Belarus and Switzerland discussed the prospects of bilateral cooperation at a meeting in Minsk on 3 October, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The sides discussed the state and ways of expanding trade, economic and investment cooperation. They also talked over the matters pertaining to the bilateral political dialogue and the prospects of inter-parliamentary cooperation between Belarus and Switzerland.
Taking part in the meeting was Yevgeny Vorobyov, Head of the Europe Department at the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and Claude Altermatt, Head of the Embassy Subdivision of Swiss Confederation in Minsk, who has just started his diplomatic mission to Belarus.
