Belarus, Russia to discuss new vectors of humanitarian cooperation in Union State

MOSCOW, 21 November (BelTA) - The expert and media forum A New Vector of Humanitarian Partnership in the Union State will be held in Moscow on 22-23 November, BelTA learned from the organizers of the event.

Taking part in the opening of the event will be State Secretary of the Union State Grigory Rapota, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Russia Igor Petrishenko, and representatives of the humanitarian sectors of Belarus and Russia. The first day of the forum will feature sessions entitled as Philosophy and Economics of the Modern Museum and Dialogue of Literatures: Succession and Innovation. Speaking at the sessions will be experts in the field of museum and exhibition activities from the two countries, representatives of science and education.

The second day will focus on new approaches to the development of the library sector, book publishing and educational strategies of the Union State. Researchers will present the Atlas of New Professions that will be in demand in the near future. The discussion will be attended by specialists in higher education, experts and media representatives.

The forum is organized by the Standing Committee of the Union State and the international news agency Russia Today.
