MINSK, 11 May (BelTA) – Belarus and Pakistan discussed trade and economic cooperation and preparations for the forthcoming visits, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
On 11 May Minsk played host to the third round of the Belarusian-Pakistani consultations between the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Pakistan. The Belarusian delegation at the consultations was led by Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Valentin Rybakov, the Pakistani delegation – by Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Zaheer Aslam Janjua.
The parties considered a wide range of issues related to the Belarusian-Pakistani cooperation, including collaboration in the political, trade and economic areas, interaction within international organizations.
Special attention at the Belarusian-Pakistani consultations was attached to the preparations for the forthcoming visits at different levels.
