MINSK, 5 December (BelTA) – Belarus-Germany working group on trade and investment will discuss promising areas of cooperation, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Belarusian Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Yevgeny Shestakov is in Germany on a visit from 5 to 7 December. He is scheduled to co-chair the 15th session of the Belarusian-German working group on trade and investment.
The German members of the working group will be led by Erhard Franz, Head of the Foreign Economic Policy Department of the Federal Ministry of Economy and Energy.
The sides are expected to review Belarus-Germany trade, economic, and investment cooperation, prospects of industrial cooperation, discuss the potential for carrying out joint projects in information technologies, logistics and transport, and the possibility of expanding vocational education programs.
