MINSK, 25 June (BelTA) – Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Indonesia Valery Kolesnik handed over credentials to Secretary General of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) Dato’ Lim Jock Hoi on 25 June, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The parties discussed topical issues of Belarus-ASEAN cooperation, shared views on cooperation prospects in trade and economy and ways to expand interparliamentary contacts with the ASEAN member states. Top on the agenda was also interaction between the Eurasian Economic Union and ASEAN.
