MINSK, 12 March (BelTA) – The agendas for the next sessions of the Council of Ministers and the Supreme State Council of the Union State of Belarus and Russia have been compiled. State Secretary of the Union State of Belarus and Russia Grigory Rapota made the statement as he met with Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko on 12 March, BelTA has learned.
Grigory Rapota said: “The agenda of the Council of Ministers session and the agenda of the Supreme State Council session have been formed. I’ll report it to you. Work is in progress. I think there will be things to talk about when the date of this event and the other one is determined.”
He went on saying: “Indeed, many issues have been accumulated. It is only natural. Because all of us work after all. When I say ‘us’, I mean the Russian side, the Belarusian one, and all the Union State institutions.”
BelTA reported earlier that during the meeting Alexander Lukashenko suggested holding the next session of the Supreme State Council in Belarus after the presidential election in Russia is over.
