Decree No 320 of 18 June 2009

On Imposition of Temporary Import Customs Duties

With the view of streamlining the import of certain goods to the customs territory of the Republic of Belarus:

1. To impose, for the period of nine months, import customs duties on the goods imported to the customs territory of the Republic of Belarus, in accordance with the Addendum.

2. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs is to inform in due order the Secretariat of the Committee of the Eurasian Economic Community on the adoption of this decree.

3. This decree comes into force ten days after its official publication.
